Please accept this attached document as nomination for Sgt. Chris Zelezney at the University of Windsor for the 2011 WebEOC Boundless Collaboration Award. As you will see in the report, Chris was responsible for the regional implementation of WebEOC across Essex County and the City of Windsor using the University of Windsor's platform. This process was accomplished by Chris and we are so proud of this accomplishment at the University. It is so important regionally to be able to use the magic of WebEOC for emergency communication at this, the busiest international border crossing in the world.
